Since there are two type plate, which plate is more suitable for overseas customers? Considering all kinds of factors, it’s better to use the charged plate, as it already charge the plate before we assemble the battery, which means when we assemble the plate into the battery case , the battery formation time is shorter , only need about 2~3days based on different model capacity. For the uncharged plate, when we put the uncharged plate into the battery case, the battery formation time need about 5~6 days, which is more longer time, meaning the uncharged plate it require more space and charging frame.
Second, when charge the battery , the battery react and discharge heat, which cause the battery temperature high, so for the uncharged plate battery we need cool system. While for the charged plate battery , the plate already react and discharge heat in the formation tanks, so when we use them to assemble the battery , no cool system also OK. Here share the cool system for reference.
Third, comparing the charged plate, the uncharged plate’s moisture is higher than charged plate, and the charged plate is more dry and better to transport , so consider above reason, we suggest buy charged plate if it is available. Unless the factory has no charged plate as now the China Government is strictly about the environment protection. If you are enough professional, no matter the charged plate or the uncharged plate, both can be used to assemble the battery.
